In most cases, certain means of preservation are required, such as temperature control, to maintain their original characteristics of flavor, taste, smell, color, among others, so that they are preserved in good condition during transportation between the producer and the consumer. Perishable products include fruits, vegetables, fresh and/or frozen meats, fresh and/or frozen meats, fish and seafood, dairy products, other frozen specialized foods, fresh flowers and plants, medicines, organs among others.
